About Us

Ruby's Pinoy Food serves up Filipino inspired foods as a mobile food vendor at local fairs in the West Central Minnesota area and locally in Fergus Falls, MN. Ruby began selling her egg rolls with the help of local kitchens after obtaining her Dept. of Health certifications.  Ruby's eggrolls were such a hit locally, she soon expanded to a mobile food trailer (during COVID!) and now offers catering services as well.
